TosupportT&EManagertotranslatefindingsof(pre-)clinicalresearchactivitiesandIISandNISactivitiesaboutImplantsurgicalprocedureintoclearmessagesforinternalstafftraining,customereducationandpromotionalactivities

•Tobuildadifferentiatedandpremiumimplanttrainingprogram,especiallythesurgicalpart.

•Toplan,organizeandbeaninstructorofimplanttrainingcoursetocustomers

•Tomanageandcontrolcourseequipmentandmaterials.

•BethemaincontactandsourceofknowhowforproductandclinicalknowledgeofimplantsurgicalprocedureinChina;answeringthequestionsfrominside,dealerandclients

2.SupportofDevelopmentofKeyOpinionLeaders(KOL)andSpeakers

•TobuildupKOL/speakernetworkforclinicaltrainingandmarketingevent.

•TosupportT&EmanagerandT&EcoordinatortomaintaintherelationshipwithKOLs/speakers

•Tobuildupnetworkofsurgicalconsultantwhoisgoodtodoon-siteguidance.

•ToassistT&EmanagerandT&EcoordinatortosupportITIChinasection’sactivity.
