•Developnewtechnologyorapplicationforelectricalinsulationproductswithnovelchemistryortechnology,andcreativethinkingtokeepAxaltatheleadingtechnologypositioninthemarket.

•Modifyexistingproductstoimproveproductpropertiesorreducecostasrequiredwithinalignedtimeline.

•Designandsafelyconductrelatedexperimentsortestswithlabtechniciansupport,anddelivertheresultswithhighqualityintime.

•Manageandmonitortheprojectprogressasprojectleaderfollowinginternalprocess.Reportandcommunicateprojectstatustolocalandglobalorganizationsintime.

•Beresponsibletoscaleupnewlydevelopedproductsatmanufacturesite.

•Supportsmanufacturetechnologyteamtosolveproductionissuesandcustomercomplaints.

•Qualifysecondsourceofrawmaterials.

•Supportonproductlocalization.

•MaintainrecipesinTIPSdatabase.

•Developdiversetestandanalyticalmethodsfornewproductandapplication.

•Providetrainingtolabtechnicianonnewchemistry,applicationandtestmethods.

任职要求:

•Masterdegreeoraboveinpolymerscience,materialscienceorchemistryrelated.

•Atleast3yearsworkingexperienceinresinindustry,Experienceinimpregnatingresinindustryfieldispreferred.

•Highlymotivatedandgoodinterpersonalandteamworkingskillsareessential,demonstratedabilitytoworkwithcross-functionalgroups,suchasproduct,marketing,salesandtechnicalservice,etc.

•Excellenttrouble-shootingskillsandverygoodcommunicationskillsbothinChineseandEnglish.

•First-handexperiencewithresincookingisdesirable.Abletogeneratecreativeideastodevelopnewgenerationproductsormodifytheexistingproductstomeetmarketneeds.
