RoleSummary:

ResponsibleforWatertreatmentsolutionsalesinindustrieslikeHPI/CPI,Steel,Power,petrochemical,miningmarketswithinassignedregion.

Followcompanymarketingstrategiestodriveprofitablegrowth.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

•Identifybusinessopportunities;developcustomerrelationship,andwinningstrategy.

•Developandexecuteterritorysalesplantodriverevenuegrowth;accuratelyforecastrevenue.

•IntegratesalesstrategywithregionalsituationtomaximizeSUEZ'sshareinmarketplace.

•Workinamatrixenvironmentwithproductmanagement,commercialoperation,engineeringandtechnicalsupport.

•EnsureallopportunitiesmeetSUEZbusinessobjectivesforprofitability,andassessthecommercialandtechnicalviabilityoftheproject.Determineandassessallrisks,includingfinancial,environmental,legal,political,etc.

•Recommendtheappropriatestructurefortheprojecttocompany,includingtheneedforlocalequitypartners,structureoftheconstructioncontract,andO&M(operation&maintenance)aspectsoftheproject.

Ensureasmoothtransitionofallactivitiestotheimplementationteam

QualificationsRequired:

•5+yearssales/commercialexperienceintheWaterorrelatingindustries

•Strongbusinessdevelopment,marketingandcustomerrelationsskills

•Experiencewithstructuringcontractualdocumentsforconstructionandoperation,includingdevelopingfinancialagreements

•Abilitytonegotiatemulti-milliondollarcontracts

•Excellentcommunication/salesskills-bothverbalandwritten

•Stronganalyticalskills-bothtechnicalandfinancial

•Professional,inspiresconfidence
