Responsibleforrunning&maintainingtheE/Elaboratoriesandhelpingtheengineeringteamsbyprovidingsupport.ThisindividualwillLeadagroupoftechniciansresponsibleforensuringengineersareabletodotheirworkandmanagethespace,toolsandequipmentusedfordevelopment.

-Coordination&executedirectionfromSantaClarateam

-HireandleadagroupoftechniciansresponsibleforsupportingEngineeringTeam.

-OrganizeandoverseetheoperationoftheE/ELaboratory.

-RespondtoEngineersrequests.

-Createnewlabprocesseswhennecessary,andconstructtestfixtures.

-SupportEMCneedsincluding,modifications,labsetupandexternallabusage.

-Fabricatetestsolutionsformechanicalandelectricalassemblies.

-Bring-upandmaintainlabhardwaresuchasoscilloscopes,thermalchambers,andthird-partycustomautomatedequipment.

-Familiarwithhandtoolsandsomepowertools.

-Troubleshootvarioussystemsusingdocumentation,instrumentation,andinputfromtheengineer.

-Familiarwithsomesoftwaretoolsandexperiencewithdownloadingcode

-ReworkPCBsforcharacterization,andorprototypes

-Championsafety,security,andquality.

-B.S.inElectricalEngineeringorrelatedfield

-Teamplayer,strongskillsinproblemsolving,communication,personaleffectiveness,qualityandcommonsense,excellentwrittenandoralskills

-ResearchandDevelopmentlabexperience.

-Abilitytoworkinadynamicandflexibledevelopmentenvironment.
