财务分析Responsibilities:

-MonthlyClosingandFP&A:

•Keeptrackingfinancialperformanceofbusinessteamandalertwithunusualvariance;

•Conductactualvs.budget/forecastcomparison/analysisandalertbusinessleaderwithgap/variance,workcloselywithbusinessteamtoconductdeep-divebusinessperformance

•SupportBDprojectsandotherad-hocprojectsassignedtoprovidefinancialadvisoryformanagementdecision

•Conductanalysisondifferentproductsornewprojects

•Liaisewiththeaccountingatmonthendclosing

-ReportingandConsolidation:

•Beresponsiblefortimelysubmissionofqualitymonthly/quarterlyreportstoheadquarters

•PreparequarterlyconsolidationreportandTaxreport,makefiguresinaccountingsysteminlinewiththatinHFM/reportingsystem

•Ensurecompliancewithcorporatefinancialreportingpolicies

•Supportpreparationoffinancialreportsformanagementmeetingandboardmeetingneeds

-ForecastandBudget:

•Leadandstreamlinequarterlyforecastandannualbudget/FFWDthreeyears’planprocessincludingdatacollectionfromallbusinessBUandfunctionalBU,andpreparebudgetpackage.

-Adhoc

Requirements:

•Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting/Financialrelatedfields.

•Atleast5years’solidworkexperienceinfinancialplanandanalysis,Bigfourexperienceisaplus

•UnderstandingofPRCaccountingprinciplesandIFRS,CPAisaplus

•ProvenexperienceandstrongunderstandingofERPsystems,experienceinHyperionisaplus

•Willingnesstolearnnewsoftwareapplications

•Willingnesstotakebiggerresponsibilityandworkunderpressure

•GoodcommunicationskillswithdifferentstakeholdersandBUmanagers

•MasterinExcelandPPTskills

•GoodOralandwrittenEnglish
