电气工业岗位职责

IndustrailEngineer工业工程师-电气方向威特电梯部件(苏州)有限公司威特电梯部件(苏州)有限公司,威特职责描述:

1.Maintainfunctiontestingequipmentfordoorproducts,andupgradethetestingsoftware.

2.Maintainexistingsteelwiretensioningtestsystem,e-Kanbansystem,weighingsystem,Qrcodelabelprintingsystem.

3.Launchandfollowupnewinformation/testing/inspectiongsystemaccordingtoproductionrequirement.

4.Launchandfollowupnewautomationprojects,suchasindustryrobot,AGVsystem.

5.Deliverdocumentationstotrainforoperatorstoachieverequiredqualifiedskillsandtouserelatedsystem.

6.Workcloselywithinternal/externalcustomerstocollecttheirrequirementstoconverttothetechnicaldocumentsaccuratelyfornewsystem.

7.Workcloselywithexternalsupplierstocompletethedevelopmentofnon-standardsystem/softwarewithleanconceptandqualitypolicy.

8.Leadthesupplierstofinishthemilestoneofprojects,completetheprojectswithinbudgetandon-time.

9.Trackeachprojectstatusandreporttheprogressregularly.

任职要求:

1.OverallknowledgeofdatabasemanagementtsystemlikeSQL,Accessetc.

2.Masteryofprogramblelogiccontroller(PLC).

3.Successfulexperiencewithautomationrenovationornon-standardequipment.

4.Overallknowledgeofmanufacturing,projectmanagement,IEandLeanconcept.
