1.Co-workwithelectronicssegmentsalesleaderandelectronicsmarketingmanagertopreparekeyaccountplan(basedonMillerHeimanLAMP)withclearsalesprojectionandgrowthinitiatives.

2.Buildmulti-layercustomerrelationshipbyleveragingcompanyresourcestomaximizecustomersatisfaction(measuredbyNPS).

3.FollowallopportunitiesfromCustomerCAPEXandOPEX.Educatecustomersonnewproducts/applicationandproductenhancements.Effectivelycommunicateandnegotiatesalescontractswithcustomers.

4.Co-workwithapplicationmanagerandservicemanagertoprovidecustomizedoffertokeyaccountcustomertoachieveimprovinggrossmargin.

5.AnalyzeandinterpretkeyfinancialresultfromKeyAccount,suchasorder,revenue,ARandforecasting

1.Followdiffuseendusers,EPCandsystemintegratorassignedbylinemanager.

2.Activelyexploitanddeveloppotentialcustomerfromnewsegment,suchasMEMSandOpticssegment.
