机器人工程岗位职责

焊接机器人应用工程师JobDuties/Responsibilitiesmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

*Leadingtherobotandautomationapplicationtodrivethecostreduction

*Astherobotapplicationexpert,needtoprovidetheconsulttootherteamfromrobotdevelopmenttothedailymaintenance.

*Providingtheapplication,procurement,processing,installationandcapabilityofnewwelding,painting,and/orassembly

*Designing,developingandimplementingtheintegrationofmanufacturingsystemsincludingfactorycontrolsoftware,schedulingtechniques,simulationandsystemsapplication.

*Developing,analyzingandmanagingManufacturing/AssemblyProjects.

*Assistingindevelopingdepartmentcapitalandexpensebudgets.

*Engagingincreativeproblemsolvingtoaddressoperationalissuesincluding:ergonomic/safety,efficiencyimprovements,processbottlenecks,qualityconcerns.

*Workingwithinternalandexternalsupplierstodevelopandmanageprojectstoensureefficientandcost-effectivesystemsandprocessestoproducequalityproducts.

*Providingmanufacturingtechnicalsupportinprocesscontrolandinternalcertification.

*Coordinatingthecorporatemanufacturingandofficespaceutilizationandassistinginpreparationofbusinessproposalsforrearrangementsoradditionsorcompletenewfacilitiesthatarebeingproposedtoensureproperutilizationofspace.

*Coordinatingthepurchaseandapplicationofmachinetools,controlsandrelatedequipmentcorporatewidetoensurethelatesttechnologyisbeingusedtoincreaseefficiencyandeconomyofoperations.

*Designingcomplexorintricatejigsandfixtures.

*Designingcomplexorintricatejigsandfixtures.
