负责窑炉操作培训的管理,窑炉设备的监控,解决窑炉问题,窑炉各参数的检查及校正。

SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES

按计划切换风机及制定操作工检查风机程序,确保窑炉正常运转,减少设备故障;

Switchthefanandsetupthefaninspectionprocedure.Makesuresmoothoperationofthekilnandreduceequipmentdowntime.

检查、监控窑炉温度,保证温度在范围内,必要时进行校正;

Checkandmonitorkilntemperature.Makesuretemperatureisunderspecandadjustasnecessary.

每月对窑炉煤气、空气压力进行检查一次,必要时进行校正;

Monlycheckgasandairpressureforthekilnandadjustasnecessary.

根据生产计划的变化,及时调整进车速度及温度;

Adjustkilnentrancespeedandtemperatureperproductionplan.

对司炉员进行理论与实际方面的培训;

Trainkilnoperatorsonexperienceandoperationskill.

分析窑炉烧成问题,并与窑炉技术经理商讨解决方法;

Analyzefiringproblemandcommunicatewithkilnmanagerforresolution.

改善窑炉操作,降低燃耗,减少窑炉缺陷;

Improvekilnoperationtoreducefuelconsumption.

对自己的安全行为/安全绩效负责;

Resposibletosafetybehavior/safetyperformanceforoneself.

执行本部门的环境目标、指标负责;

EDUCATIONANDCOMPETENCYREQUIREMENTS

Educationrequired:

本科及以上,陶瓷专业

Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinProttery.

Experiencerequired:

在陶瓷行业工作3年以上

3yearsabovethesanitarywareworkingexperience.

计算机,窑炉控制方面的使用
