Thispositionisresponsibleforinstrumentation,electricalpowerandprocesscontrolequipmentintheplant,baseduponastrongbackgroundinininstrumentationandelectricalsystems.Thepositionrequiresgoodorganizationalandtroubleshootingskillstomaintainhigheffectivenessoftheplantoperatingequipment.

?Troubleshootproblemswithprocessmeasurementsandelectricalsystems.WorkwithI&Etechniciansandthemaintenancedepartmenttocoordinaterepairofthesesystems.
?Overseeprojectstoinstallnewinstrumentation,motorcontrolsandcontrolequipment.Thisincludesspecificationandpurchasing,constructionandstart-up.
?Programmotorprotectionrelaysandvariablefrequencydrives(VFD).TroubleshootProfibuscommunicationbetweentheDCSandmotorcontrolequipment.
?MaintainPLCbasedcontrolsystemsintheplant.ModifyPLCcontrolswhenneeded.
?Monitorthepowerdistributionsystem,includinghighvoltageswitchgear,emergencygeneratorandUPS.Scheduleregulartestingandmaintenance.
?Managethecalibrationprogramforcriticalinstrumentation.

?Collegeandabovedegreeinelectricalengineeringstronglypreferred.Adegreeinchemicalormechanicalengineeringisalsoacceptable.
?3years’experienceinmanufacturingintheareaofelectricalsystemsorinstrumentationandcontrols,preferablyboth.Chemicalsindustryexperiencepreferred.
?Goodmanagementandcoordinationskills.
?StrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish.
?Electricalcertificationforvoltageelectricalworkpreferred
