1.WorkasaprojectengineerwithafocusonthedisciplineElectronicVehicle(E-V)technicalskills.InthisfunctionthecandidateismainlytransferringandimplementingtechnicalandpedagogicalconceptsintoE-V.

2.MainlyinvolveinthedevelopmentandimplementationoftrainingandconsultingprojectsinChinaandsupporttheglobalteamofvocationaltrainingexpertswithinTUVRheinlandAcademy&LifeCare.

3.Abletodevelopanddocumentvocationalcurricula,coveringthedocumentationofrelatedtrainingmodules,moduledescriptions,teachingmaterials,competenceassessmentstandards,selectionoftraininghardware.

4.Responsibleforpreparinganddeliveringlectures,leadingandmoderatingclassroomdiscussions.

5.Integratebestindustrypracticeintothetrainingprograms.

6.BuilduppartnershipswithotherSubjectMatterExpertsandorganizationstofurtherdevelopandimplementvocationaltrainingservices.

7.Supportthepreparationofrelatedtendersfromatechnicalperspective.

8.Travelnationally/internationallydependingonprojectneeds.

9.Takepartinmeetingsofthedepartmentandtheglobalvocationalteamasrequired.

JobRequirement:

1.Bachelordegreeorabove.

2.HaveobtainedaformalqualificationinAutomotiveMechatronicforminimum5yearsofexperiencewithexperienceinEuropeanvehiclesandtechnicalunderstanding.

3.HaveknowledgeinMotorVehicleandhavesomeexperienceastechnicalinstructorinthementionedfieldseitherasin-companytraineroratavocationaltrainingschool.

4.Goodcommunicationandpresentationskills.

5.AbletocommunicateinEnglish.
