-Remotetechnicalsupportoverhotlineserviceandon-sitetechnicalsupport

-Remotefailurediagnosingprocessreconstructiontogetherwithdealertechnician

-Failureanalysisonthevehiclequalityproblems.

-Communicationwiththedealersonthebestpracticalsolvingmethod.Maintainingandrepairingsuggestiononthevehicletechnology.

-Informationcollection,analysisandreportingaspertheOEMcustomerrequirements.Interfaceofthevehicletechnicalissuestothepartiesinsideandoutside.

Requirement/BasicQualifications:

-Beveryfamiliarwiththevehiclefailureanalysisintheaftersalesarea.

-SolidautomotiveindustryexperienceinaftersalesatOEMoritsdealers,repairingandfailureanalysisexperienceispreferred.

-SolidexperienceinthefieldofE/E,ormultimedia(DVD,Navigation),orinterior/exterior,orchassis/engine/transmission.

-Strongcommunicationcapability.

-FluentinwrittenandverbalEnglishskill.

-Integrity,TeamSpirit,CustomerOrientation,Entrepreneurship,ResponsibilityforSafety
