Aslogisticengineer,youareresponsiblefortheimplementation,supportandfollow-upofprocessimprovementprojectswithmethodsengineerstomeetJIT,minimizethespaceusing,wholeflowchainreviewfromsuppliertoproduction.

Itisyourresponsibilityto:

1.Analyzetheproductionprocess,theinboundsupplychainandoutboundsupplychainofoursuppliers;

2.Define,implement,supportandfollow-upofprocessimprovementprojectswiththepurposeofreducingleadtimes,enhancingdeliveryperformanceandreliability,andimprovingprocessefficiency;

3.WorkwithMethodsengineertodefinethewayforsupplierdelivery,thestockarea,reasonableMOQandpackage,thetransportationtooling,definethedeliverysequenceandfrequency,logisticlayoutandsoon

4.Providefirst-linesupportincaseoflogisticalissues

5.Youwillbeinthefrontlinewhenitcomestoimprovingsuppliers'productionprocessesandsupplychain.

6.YouworkcloselyandintensivelytogetherwithyourteammembersinChina.

7.providethetrainingtosuppliersinlogistictoolingsuchasB2net,ODETlabel,organizetheregularmeetingwithtopsupplierstopushdeliveryimprovement

Experiencerequirements

1.Minimum3yearsofexperienceinproductionprocessanalysis,preferablyintheautomotiveindustry.

2.Interestinandaffinitywithsupplychainprocessesandlogistic

3.Over2years’experienceinlogisticorsupplierchainimprovement,familiarwithsupplierandmaterialplanning

4.KnowledgeandexperiencewithMicrosoftOfficetools(Excel,Access,…)andERPsystem

5.HaveaDegreeinEngineeringrelatedandhastohaveverygoodknowledgeofwrittenandspokenEnglish

6.Critical,analyticalandmethodicalmind.
