Responsibilities:

1.Develop,deployandexecutefunctionalstrategiesinmanufacturingengineering

2.Leadteamtoplantheassemblyandoverhaulprocessofnewprojectorproduct

3.Planningandimplementingprocesscontinuousimprovementprogram,suchasintroductionofZeroDefectprogram,CAAsystem,PokaYokedevices,PFMEAproject,etc.

4.Conductandcommittolocalizationproject

5.Peopleleadership(recruitment,targetsettingandcontrolling,performanceandcompetencyappraisal,feedbackandrecognition,peopleplacementplanning,peopledevelopment,etc.)

6.ManagetheIEactivitiestomeetcustomerrequirements

7.Supervisionofexistingrunningproductiontechnologyandprovideproblem-solvingdecisionstodailyoperations
