汽车外资企业供应商质量经理Scope/SupervisionandInteraction:

PositiontypicallyreportstotheSourcingManagerforthedivision.Willworkwiththeinternalstaffandoutsidesuppliers,vendorsandcustomers.Musthavetheabilitytodealwithpeopleatacross-functionallevel.Positionrequirestheabilitytoeffectivelycommunicateinoralandwrittenforminordertopresentinformationandrespondtoquestionsfromgroupsofmanagers,suppliers,customersandthegeneralpublic.

JobResponsibility:

1.EstablishesandmaintainsaSupplierQualitySystemthatiseffectiveinproducing,

measuringandmaintainingasupplybasemeasuredbyDPPM/RPPM,aswellas

deliveryperformance.

2.ManageSupplierQualityperformanceandreporting,MonthlyQualityreportsand

QuarterlySupplierReviews.

3.EnsurescompliancetoproceduresandrequirementsoutlinedintheSupplier

QualityManual.Revisesandimplementschangesasrequired,andpartnerswith

thesupplierbasetorolloutthesechangesforimplementationatthesuppliers'location.

4.ParticipatesinsupplierreviewsandprovidesinputtothePurchasing/Buyer,

QualityandEngineeringDepartments,regardingtosupplierquality.Performs

SupplierQualitySystemInitialAuditsandSurveillanceAuditsasrequired.

5.Ensuresreliabilityandaccuracyofproductsprovidedbythesupplybase.

6.Ensuresthatdispositionofnonconformingmaterialishandledinatimely

manner.AddressesdeficienciesintheSuppliers'PerformanceRatingasitrelatesto

quality,performanceanddelivery.Issuesfollow-upreportsandcorrectiveaction

reportsandprovidesfollowupandclosureofnonconformanceissues.

7.Coordinateswithsuppliersallinitiativesrelatingtosupplierquality

performance.Tracksperformancetrendsandperformsqualitytrendanalysisfrom

supplierbaseandfacilitatescorrectiveactionsasappropriate.

8.Leadssupplierdevelopmentactivitiesfordock-to-stockprogram.

9.Utilizesleanmanufacturing,errorproofingandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives

tosupportthesupplierbasebyassistingindevelopmentofrobustprocessesthat

assuresqualityproductsandservices.

10.Providessupporttocustomersrelativetosupplybasedissues.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineeringorarelateddiscipline;

2.Morethan8yearsQualityrelatedexperience,experienceinautomotiveorotherregulatedindustryispreferred.

3.Experienceinqualityengineeringandprocess/manufacturingengineeringisaMUST.

4.Thoroughknowledgeofqualityinspectionandqualityengineering/assurancetechniques,procedures,instruments,equipment,theories,principlesandconceptsandgeneralbusinessoperations.

5.Musthaveabilitytoeffectivelysolveproblems,assessandimplementcontinuousimprovementtechniquestoQualityandManufacturingfunctions,tousestandardbusinessapplicationssoftwareand/orspecializeddataanalysistools,toestablishgoalsandobjectivestocompleteprojects,andtodefineproblems,collectdata,establishfactsanddrawvalidconclusions.

6.Abilitytoworkindependently,thinkanalytically,andapplymethodical,engineeringproblemsolvingskillsrequired.

7.Preferatleasttwoofthefollowingcertifications:ISOLeadAuditorCertification,ASQCertification,SixSigmaGreen/BlackBeltCertification,and/orISOInternalAuditorCertification.

8.ProficiencyinverbalandwrittenEnglish.

9.ExperienceinMNCispreferred.
