电子失效分析工程师(汽车电子产品)His/herstrongexpertiseinElectronicsandhisoutstandinganalyticsskillsallowshim/hertoefficientlymeasure,anddetectproductandprocessfailureandthenparticipateactivelyinthevalidationoftheimprovement.

ThispositionreportstotheProjectManagerImprovementwithastronglinktotheQualityManagerAutomotive.

Tasks

•Participateasakeytechnicalexpertinqualityimprovementslinkedtoproductorprocessfailure

•Taketheresponsibilityoftechnicaltest(usingworkbench)andanalysis,focusonfield/productfailureanalysis,PCBA,ASICandkeycomponenttest

•Analyzeandtestfieldreturn,utilizesystematictoolstorecordanalysisfindings,feedbacktoProductResponsibleEngineer

•DevelopDOEs(DesignofExperimentation)toresolvelongstandingunresolvedissuesandabletodrawcompleteFailureTreeAnalysis(FTA)

•PerformriskanalysisandupdateDFMEA,PFMEA

•Supportcustomerqualityengineersolvecustomercomplainproblemandstrongparticipationin5WHYanalysis

•Ensuresalllessons-learnedaredocumented,sharedwithkeystake-holdersandimplementedinnewoffers.

•ClosecollaborationwithR&DandOperationsdepartments.
