职位描述:

MainResponsibilities

1.作为项目的Catia主管(整个项目或部分区域),带领设计小组完成设计任务,完成项目中机械设计、文档和装配调试支持等工作;

?AsCatialeadofproject(oraportionofproject),SeniorMechanicalEngineerwillleadthedesignteamtocompletethedesigntask,includingmechanicaldesign,documentation,sitesupport,etc.

2.参与部分细化工艺工作,如制作时序图,操作流程、焊点分配、焊枪选择,完善Layout等

?Participateinreengineeringwork,suchascycletimechart,loadingsequence,spotdistribution,weldinggundefinition,layout,etc.

3.依据客户需求,制定MCP及3D夹具方案。设计夹具3D、2D、采购清单及BOM;参与项目实施过程中的设计标准制定与3D/2D设计质量审核;

?DefineMCPand3Dconceptforfixturesbaseoncustomerrequirements,finish3Ddesign,2Ddrawing,purchasingpartselectionandBOM.Participateindesignstandarddefinitionandthe3D/2Ddesignreview.

4.跟踪加工装配过程,并对过程出现的问题给予解决。

任职要求:

Requirements

1.机械类或汽车相关专业本科学历;

?Bachelordegree(orabove)ofmechanicalorautomotiveengineering;

2.白车身焊装工艺三年以上夹具设计经验、熟悉各主流车厂的设计标准;

?ThreeyearsworkingexperienceinfixturedesignofBIW.Befamiliarwithmaincarmaker’sspecifications.

3.有丰富的夹具设计经验,具有较强的设计能力,

?Richexperienceinfixturedesign,havestrongabilityoffixturedesign

4.熟练掌握AutoCAD,Word,Excel,Powerpoint,Catia;

?SkillfulinAutoCAD,Word,Excel,Powerpoint,Catia

5.英语听说读写熟练;
