-SignoffengineeringapprovalforPPAP

-Developnewconnectors/mechanicals/materialswithsuppliers

-Supportcustomerstodeterminebestproductmountinglocationsinvehicle

-Supportchangeprojects

-SupportcustomerRFQ

Requirements:

-Mechanicalengineeringdegree

-Over8yearsmechanicaldesignworkingexperienceonplasticpartsandmetalstampingparts

-Goodskillson3DmodelinganddrawingdraftingusingCATIA

-ThoroughunderstandingofGD&T&tolerancestackupandapplythemcorrectly

-Familiarwithprocessesofmolding,stampinganddiecasting

-FamiliarwithdevelopmentprocessofmechanicalpartsinAutomotiveindustry

-Familiarwithmechanicalandenvironmentaltestspecs

-Solidunderstandingofcoreconceptsincludingmechanics,kinematics,thermodynamicsandmaterialsscience

-Abilitytoanalyzeandsolveproblemswithinfunctionalareaswithlittleguidance

-Requireslittledirectsupervision

-FluentinEnglishlistening,speakingandwritingMainResponsibilities:
