?Performideationforproductconceptgeneration.
?UtilizeBiodesign,JOC(jobs,outcomes&constraints),VOC(voiceofcustomer)methodologies&surgicalprocedureknowledgetodefineproduct&designoptions.
?Formalizeconcepts,breadboards&prototyping.
?Performnewconceptselectionandvalidationandtechnicalfeasibilityanalysis.
?Supportinnovativeproduct,system&componentdesignsolutions.
?Supportdetaileddesignanalysis&provideinputorapprovalfordetaileddesignspecifications.
?Providesupporttopatentattorneysforpatentfiling.
?Assistindeveloping&monitoringprojectplan,budget,contingencyplans&workestimation.
?Coordinateintegrationofcomplexsub-systemproductdesigns.
?WorkEnvironment:Office,laboratory,surgicalandmanufacturingfacilities.
?30%travelfrequency.
任职要求:
?BachelorDegreeorabovewithdisciplineofmechanicalengineeringorElectricalEngineering,orequivalent.
?5+yearworkingexperiencesindesignformechanicaldevices.(FrontEndexperienceisPLUS).
?Effectiveoral,written,&presentationcommunicationsinEnglish/Mandarin.
?Effectiveteaminterpersonalskillsandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithindiverseculturalenvironments.
?Abletotakeinitiative&beself-managing.
?Generaldesignengineeringprinciples.
?3DCADsoftwareproficiency(UGandSolidworksisaplus).
?Patentinterpretation.
?Geometrictolerance&tolerancestack-upanalysis(GD&T).
?Personalcomputersoftware–Windows:wordprocessing,projectplanning,presentation,e-mail&spreadsheetsoftware.
